The operations team was spending many hours a week manually drafting, sending, and logging outbound business communications.

An end-to-end workflow connecting CRM triggers to AI-drafted messages with a lightweight human approval step before anything was sent.
My contribution
Mapped the existing manual process, designed the automated replacement, and built it end to end across the CRM, email, and logging layer.
