Every profile on the public people page is real published work you can read right now, no account needed. An account is for the part that has to be accountable: searching by capability and reaching out happen as a named company, because candidates can block specific companies and we check your name against those lists.
What it costs
Free while we’re in beta — search, shortlist and contact without a card. When we charge, companies will pay (likely per filled role or a flat subscription — we’ll say plainly before anything changes, and nothing is charged retroactively). Candidates never pay; that isn’t generosity, it’s what keeps the supply side honest and here.
