Problem
The business had several hunches about where AI could help internally, but no fast way to test them before committing engineering time.
What I built
Three scoped prototypes — each buildable and testable within a few days — covering different internal workflow bets.
My contribution
Scoped, built, and user-tested all three prototypes solo, then wrote up findings to decide which bet deserved real investment.

Turned vague internal complaints into three testable, narrowly-scoped prototype ideas.
